Mark Gemmell is the founder of Wellspring. Mark has 20 years of leadership experience, in the software development, ecommerce and games industries, having fulfilled roles such as project manager, scrum master and agile coach. He is also a transformative coach and has achieved Professional Certified Coach credentialing with the International Coaching Federation. He has trained over 100 coaches, often providing one-on-one mentoring and guidance.
Mark appreciates the hard work required to achieve personal growth and loves to catalyse this with his clients for them have greater clarity and move closer to their ideal selves. Mark employs a holistic approach, which embraces the science of coaching and positive psychology, and the warmth and intuition that comes with years of experience and a generous heart.
